During the times we are full we do start a waiting list for those who wish to rent when something does come available. There is no charge to get put on our waiting list and we notify those on the list in order before listing future vacancies on our website. To have your name put on our list you do have to get approved through our application process which does have a fee of $40 to pull your credit, this is a soft pull.
