WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Each 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment includes water, sewer, and monthly pest control. You are responsible for paying electricity, phone, cable, etc.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LEASE?
One (1) year.
HOW MANY VEHICLES MAY I HAVE?
You may have only one (1) vehicle per apartment. A vehicle is defined as a car, truck, SUV, motorcycle and/or moped, etc.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed, except fish.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED WITH THE APARTMENT?
We pay for water, sewer, and a monthly pest control. You pay for everything else.
ARE THERE LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON SITE?
No, but there are laundromats close.
HOW IS THE APARTMENT HEATED AND COOLED?
A centrally located, electric wall unit heats and cools the apartment.
Application Questions
Where do I go to apply?
First review the requirements page. Then click "SUBMIT APPLICATION" button in left menu.
How long does the application process take?
Generally one (1) to two (2) days.
What happens after your application is approved?
There is a $595 to $695 security deposit required.
How can I get on the waiting list for the next available apartment?
If we don't have any vacancy, we have a Limited Waiting List of 5 Approved Applicants.
When we know an apartment is going to become available we call the first person on the list. If they take the apartment, everyone else moves up and another person can get on the list. If the first person does not want that particular apartment, we ask each person on the list in the order they got on the list.

What if the Credit Bureau check finds the applicant has no credit or rental history?
Some young people have no credit or rental history. This is not bad, but the application cannot be approved. If a parent (only a parent) wants to sponsor their child, will process the parent's application at an additional cost of $30.

You will have to leave.
Why are you so strict about the noise; and can I really not have parties in my apartment?
Most really bad things that happen are preceded by not so bad things. Those not so bad things are preceded by a lack of courtesy. Disturbing your neighbors is a lack of courtesy.
