There is a non-refundable fee of $40 to submit an application. We cannot return the $40 even if your application is not approved, so it is a non-refundable application fee.

What if the Credit Bureau check finds the applicant has no credit or rental history?
Some young people have no credit or rental history. This is not bad, but the application cannot be approved. If a parent (only a parent) wants to sponsor their child, we can process the parent's application at an additional cost of $40.

If your application is denied due to negative credit, rental history, or background you will not be approved. We do not allow those who are not approved to pay an extra deposit or use a co-signer to get approved.

What if we do not have any vacancies?
If we approve your application but do not have any vacancies, we will put you on our waiting list. Any vacancies at any of our properties are offered to the applicants who have already been approved on our waiting list in the order they appear before they are advertised on our website. There is no additional fee to be placed on the waiting list.
